Dee Daly is a CEO, Lecturer, Trainer, Public Motivational Speaker & humanistic integrative Psychotherapist. Her career has been wide & varied but always concerned with the development of ideas and people. She has extensive training, therapy and teaching experience in both public and private domains. As a therapist, she specializes in trauma, stress & anxiety at cognitive and somatic levels and supporting individuals to tailor make solutions to work with the symptoms of mental & emotional stressors. As a lecturer in the field of Educational Psychology with Mary Immaculate College in Limerick, she enjoys facilitating young and upcoming teachers to create positive classroom environments working with children. Dee also runs a particular brand of mindfulness and relaxation sessions for the Parkinson’s Association of Ireland. One of her keen areas of specialism and interest is working with Neuropsychiatric disorders,

What is an emotional expert? What is a Parkinson’s Emotional Expert?
I facilitate those whom I work with to explore and achieve greater emotional well-being, build healthy relationships, and enhance personal and professional success. My clients come to leverage their deep understanding of their own personal emotions, how the same emotions are both positive and not so positive when it comes to living the best life you can. In summary its about building a foundation practical skills in emotional intelligence.

Another way of describing a psychotherapist is to call one and emotional intelligence (EQ) expert or specialist, is an individual who possesses a high level of wisdom in knowledge and understanding, when it comes to managing, and navigating emotions, both their own and those of others. One has to start with the self before coaching another in the fine art of emotional regulation . Being able to navigate the field of emotions one has to learn how to preceive, navigate, use comprehend, and then regulate emotions effectively.

- Social Skills: Navigating relationships effectively. Being able to build rapport with others and communicate effectively one can more easily resolve conflicts, and collaborate successfully with others. Building and recognise trusting relationships.
